Bưởi cắt thành các lát mỏng, giữ nguyên vỏ cho có tinh dàu bưởi, thêm 2 muỗng canh đường trắng roiod tiếng hành dầm cho bưởi nhừ.

Đổ prosecco, sauvignon blanc và 240ml nước ép bưởi vào bình, khuấy đều lên.

Cắt dưa hấu thành từng miếng hình tam giác, sau đó cắt một phần nhỏ trong số các đỉnh của tam giác. Cắt chỉ một lượng nhỏ từ hai góc đầu để thực hiện một góc tròn. Làm tương tự ta sẽ được những miếng dưa hấu hình trái tim. Dâu tây cắt nhỏ.
