Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Tỏi bóc sạch vỏ, đập giập. Bắp cải tí hon sơ chế sạch, để ráo nước cắt làm đôi. Hành tím (hoặc hành tây thái nhỏ). Cho mật ong, nước tương, nước, bột bắp vào trong tô, khuấy đều thành hỗn hợp sốt để xào bắp cải tí hon.
Trong một chảo lớn, cho dầu ăn vào, sau đó thêm vào tỏi và hành tím vào phi thơm, cho bắp cải tí hon vào, chiên vài phút là bạn đảo mặt, rưới nước sốt vào đun cho đến khi bắp cải chín, đảo đều rồi tắt bếp.
