Không cần du lịch đến Thái Lan chỉ cần lăn vào bếp rồi bỏ xíu thời gian thì bạn có thể dễ dàng hoàn thành món Kanom Krok - là một món ăn đặc sản hấp dẫn của xứ sở Chùa Vàng.
Đầu tiên, thêm 100g bột gạo, 1/2 muỗng canh bột nếp, 180ml nước cốt dừa và 240ml nước nóng vào tô trộn, trộn cho đến khi tất cả nguyên liệu được trộn với không có cục u.
Trong một bát sạch, thêm 100g đường, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối và 180ml nước cốt dừa và đánh đều cho đến khi tất cả các thành phần được pha trộn không có cục u.
Thoa một ít dầu ăn vào chảo takoyaki của bạn và đun nóng trên lửa vừa. Khi nóng, đổ vào hỗn hợp bột vào đầy 2/3 mỗi khuôn. Sau khi bánh đã nấu chín cho một vài phút. Bây giờ đổ vào hỗn hợp nước cốt dừa và đường, lên 1/3 chỗ trống còn lại mỗi khuôn.
Hãy để bánh nấu trong vài phút cho đến khi chúng đặc lại. Bây giờ thêm bắp hột và hành lá cắt nhỏ (hoặc bất cứ điều gì đứng đầu bạn thích) và để cho họ nấu cho đến khi hai bên có màu vàng nâu. Úp bánh từ khuôn này lên miếng bánh khuôn khác để tạo bánh tròn.
