Tôm sốt chua ngọt là món ăn khá quen thuộc trong bữa cơm của nhiều gia đình Việt. Tôm chiên chín giòn quyện sốt chua chua, mặn ngọt, kích thích ăn rất ngon miệng. Đây sẽ là món ngon chống ngán hiệu quả cho cả nhà nhé!
Tôm tươi chọn những con có kích thước nhỏ vừa. Tôm mua về đem rửa sạch và để ráo nước, cắt bỏ phần đầu nhọn và râu tôm. Ướp tôm với 1/2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 1/3 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và đảo đều sau đó ướp tôm 30 phút cho ngấm gia vị. Đun nóng nhiều dầu, tôm cho vào bát bột năng và lăn cho tôm bám đều một lớp mỏng bột bên ngoài rồi cho từng con tôm vào chảo dầu chiên cho tôm chín vàng giòn, vớt tôm ra để ráo dầu.
Phi thơm tỏi băm với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho 3 muỗng canh tương cà vào đảo sơ qua. Tiếp đến, nêm 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh đường, 1 muỗng canh rượu trắng, 1/2 chén nhỏ nước rồi đảo đều, đun sôi thì nêm nếm cho phần nước sốt có vị chua ngọt hài hòa là được. Cuối cùng, trút tất cả tôm đã chiên giòn vào cùng, xóc đều cho nước sốt bám đều tôm là tắt bếp.
Bày trí tôm sốt chua ngọt ra đĩa, thêm ít hành lá, dùng nóng với cơm rất ngon. Món này dùng để thay đổi khẩu vị cho cả nhà vào cuối tuần thì ngon hết biết luôn nhé!
