It's just skin, fat and cartlidge. Totally gross with no flavour. Have to shove tones of sauce to flavour it, then all it adds is a boney texture with a tiny bit of fat, no meat on the feet at all. I'm glad someone is eating it and it's not going to waste but the feet gross
